Fair Use and Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

You must not directly or through another person:

2. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, isolate, suspend or terminate affected functions and preserve relevant evidence. We use proportionate measures and will notify the customer when safe and lawful. Suspected unlawful access may be referred to competent authorities.

Depending on the facts, Articles 267-269b of the Polish Criminal Code address unauthorized information access, interference with data, and disruption of information systems. A signed contract may also provide a PLN 100,000 contractual penalty for an intentional material security, IP or confidentiality breach. Publication of this policy alone does not create that penalty unless incorporated into an accepted agreement.

3. Authorized security reporting

Do not test live systems without written authorization. Report a suspected vulnerability to contact@adoperator.ai with the subject “Security report” and the minimum detail necessary. We may issue a separate safe-harbor scope identifying permitted systems, dates and methods.

4. Resource fairness

We may apply documented rate, concurrency, storage, generation and automation limits to protect shared capacity. Material plan limits and overage rates will be shown in the account, order form or Token Rules before chargeable use.

5. Questions

Contact contact@adoperator.ai before performing an activity that might affect another tenant, shared infrastructure or platform security.
