Token and Overage Rules

1. Included allowance

The standard USD 300 monthly plan includes a Basic Token Allowance calculated by our metering system and displayed in the customer's order form or account. The displayed account balance and usage ledger are the operational record, subject to correction of an evident metering error.

2. Consumption

Chargeable actions may include language-model usage, image or video generation, search, data processing and other paid provider or compute resources. Token rates can differ by service, model, quality, duration or resource consumption. The applicable rate is shown in the account or workflow before chargeable use where technically practicable.

3. Zero balance and overage

If pay-as-you-go is enabled in the order form, usage after the included balance is billed in arrears at the displayed rate. If it is not enabled, token-consuming functions pause at zero balance until additional tokens are purchased or a new monthly allowance is credited. Core account and billing access remains available where technically feasible.

4. Nature of tokens

Tokens are contractual service-consumption units. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, stored value, securities, or a transferable asset. They cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. Expiry and rollover

Expiry or rollover of included and additionally purchased tokens is specified in the customer's order form or account before purchase. If the documents do not state an expiry rule, contact us before relying on rollover.

6. Disputes and corrections

Report a suspected usage or billing error to contact@adoperator.ai within 14 days, including the tenant, date, affected function and sanitized evidence. We may correct duplicate, failed, fraudulent or evidently erroneous events.
