Service providers
Subprocessors
We use third parties to host, secure and provide enabled AdOperator functionality. The exact providers receiving customer data depend on the subscribed modules and integrations.
Customers should confirm their enabled provider set in the order form or onboarding materials. Customer-configured integrations may act directly for the customer rather than as our subprocessor.
- Google Cloud
- Cloud hosting, compute, storage, databases, container registry and infrastructure services. Processing location depends on configured region and service.
- Cloudflare
- DNS, network security, tunnels, edge delivery, Workers and related storage used by enabled agent services. Cloudflare operates a global network.
- Brevo
- Transactional email, invitations and account communications. Relevant account and message-delivery data may be processed.
- OpenAI
- Language, image or related AI processing when an OpenAI-backed feature is enabled. Submitted prompts, instructions, files or outputs may be processed for the requested function.
- Anthropic
- Language-model processing when an Anthropic-backed feature is enabled. Submitted prompts, instructions and outputs may be processed for the requested function.
- Google AI services
- Language, media or related AI processing when a Google-backed feature is enabled.
Other enabled integrations
Image, video, search, advertising, feed-provider and analytics integrations selected during onboarding may receive data necessary for the requested action. Their identity and role should be shown in the order form, integration screen or onboarding record before use.
Changes and objections
We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material new subprocessor where required by a data-processing agreement. Business customers may submit a reasoned data-protection objection to contact@adoperator.ai. We will work in good faith on a reasonable alternative where available.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use a GDPR Chapter V mechanism such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where required.
